City Fish?

The oceans are getting warmer, causing fish to decrease in numbers. The solution could be urban aquaculture, via NPR.

    And with all the city cockroaches and bedbugs, no shortage of the kind of food that makes fish delicious. Maybe we should have urban chickens, too. (Imagine the eggs you'd get)
