Chicago Food Truck Problems

Food trucks are very popular at the moment in large cities.  Chicago has strict permit guidelines and rules for mobile food units.  Violation: parking 200 feet from another restaurant, via Wall Street Journal.

    I would use the sous vide to teach my 9-year-old daughter (and myself!) how to cook. Not only is it safer, but I suspect that there will be much more of this sort of cooking in our future.
