Veggie U., an offshoot of the renowned Chef's Garden, seeks to educate children about the importance of food in their lives. Real change must begin with the kids. Their annual fundraiser is a worthy cause and a fabulous event. Scores of chefs cooking, silent auction, wine tastings, chef demos. Highly recommended.
